Introducing Kids Day, a Programme Unique to NowVillage

In line with the revised Child Care and Family Care Leave Act taking effect on 1 April 2025, NowVillage has introduced Kids Day, our own paid leave that goes beyond the statutory requirement for leave to care for a child.

We made this change with the aim of being a company where people can build a career while raising children.

Leave to care for a child is often unpaid, at each company’s discretion. We make six days a year paid for permanent employees.
We will keep extending programmes like this, building an environment where work and childcare fit together, so that people can keep working here with confidence.
