What should I prepare before getting in touch?
Before you get in touch, it helps to have your current challenges, the tools you use (CRM, advertising and so on), the teams involved and the timing you are aiming for. You are welcome to contact us without any of that prepared.
What is Extension Spot?
Extension Spot is a family of HubSpot apps built by NowVillage that take on work the standard HubSpot features do not handle well: maps (MAP Extension), matching records (Matching Extension), generating PDFs (PDF Extension), and integration with CloudSign (Sign Extension for CloudSign).
Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
Talking to NowVillage is free. You do not need to have your challenges or your plans settled before getting in touch.
Can we migrate from Salesforce?
NowVillage supports migrations from Salesforce to HubSpot. In past projects we have covered mapping out what the current setup does, moving the data, and rebuilding the integrations.
We already use HubSpot. Can you help with operations only?
NowVillage also supports HubSpot portals that are already live. We look at how yours is set up and how it is used, then separate what needs reworking from what we can support on an ongoing basis.
How long does implementation take?
A HubSpot implementation with NowVillage usually takes three to six months, depending on scale and scope. We will ask about the processes involved, the data to migrate and the systems to integrate, then propose a schedule.
How much does HubSpot implementation cost?
The cost of a HubSpot implementation with NowVillage depends on how many teams are involved, which tools you integrate and how much data you migrate, so we quote individually once we have heard your requirements. HubSpot licence fees and ongoing support after launch are charged separately.
We want to adopt HubSpot but are not sure which plan to choose.
We ask what you want the system to do and how many people will use it, then recommend the products (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and so on) and the tier (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). You do not have to start at the top tier; it is perfectly workable to begin with what you need and expand later.
Can we discuss advertising and HubSpot together?
NowVillage can cover the whole path end to end: winning leads through advertising and website work, then managing those customers in HubSpot and handing them to sales. Where to start is something we propose after hearing what is holding you back now.
What exactly do you do in a HubSpot implementation?
NowVillage covers everything from setting out the business, functional and system requirements through to designing, building, migrating data, training and embedding HubSpot. We also support ongoing operation after launch and migrations from other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, kintone).

Do you manage social media accounts (posting and replying to comments)?
NowVillage does not run social accounts on your behalf (planning and writing posts, replying to comments). We do run social advertising.
Which advertising platforms do you cover?
NowVillage runs search advertising and social advertising on Facebook, Instagram, X, LINE, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. We are a certified partner for Google Ads, X Ads and Pinterest Ads.
Where do we start when switching from our current agency?
We start by going through your current advertising accounts and results with you, and agreeing what to change about the claims you make and the landing pages. It is common to improve or rebuild the landing page before we start running anything.
How do I get in touch?
We take enquiries through the web form. We will read it and someone will come back to you.

Where are you based, and are meetings held online?
The head office of NowVillage Inc. is at Tsao Hibiya 10F, 3-3-13 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo (from October 2026). Meetings are normally held online.
