Kuniyuki Imamura
Born 1987 in Kagoshima; father of three.
In 2012, aged 25, founded UZUZ Inc., a recruitment agency for early-career candidates, and became its president.
Became chairman in 2018 and left the company in 2020.
In October that year, drawing on his strength in digital marketing, founded NowVillage Inc.
Currently consults for more than 50 companies, from international firms and listed companies to startups.

Yuki Aoto
Born and raised in Osaka in 1988. A dropout who finished school at 20. After a period in casual work, joined an advertising agency at 24. Over three years went from top salesperson to management and helped launch the Osaka office. Went independent at 27, and after a year freelancing founded NOVEL Inc.
Working daily towards a commanding presence across both recruitment consulting and corporate branding.
