Appointment of New Directors
With further growth in view, NowVillage has appointed three new directors to speed up decision-making and strengthen governance, and to build a solid structure.
The new directors, in brief, with their comments
Director and COO
Yuki Tabiraki
Background
From Toyama. Worked in sales and marketing at a recruitment agency before co-founding NowVillage with CEO Imamura. Responsible for codifying marketing technique within the company and for developing new technology and services. Appointed Director and COO in September 2023.
Comment
I am delighted to be given a role like this. As COO I will work to raise the quality of our marketing support and our internal structure, so that we bring more benefit to our clients and higher skills to our own people.
Director and CMO
Hiroki Takayama
Background
From Hyogo. Joined NowVillage after working at a construction consultancy. From October 2021, as an executive officer, worked on building our own marketing and data analysis capability. Appointed Director and CMO in September 2023.
Comment
As before, I will share what we learn from our own marketing with our clients and work alongside them as they grow, while strengthening our own lead generation and bringing in new technology to widen and improve what we offer.
Director and CFO
Yota Sannomiya
Background
From Hiroshima. Worked in HR and corporate planning at a staffing group and a cosmetics manufacturer before joining NowVillage in July 2023. As head of the administration division, responsible for accounting and finance, HR, legal and general affairs. Appointed Director and CFO in September 2023.
Comment
I am excited to be working with Imamura again after about four years. I want NowVillage to be a company where our people can live out our purpose of widening choices to enrich lives. In my work, I will build the foundations and the systems that let the business grow further, from the administrative side.
