Launching a Recruitment Marketing Service with NOVEL Inc., a Specialist in Recruitment Advertising
We are pleased to announce that NOVEL Inc. (head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; Representative Directors: Yuki Aoto and Dongjun Bae) and NowVillage have formed a business partnership and launched a recruitment marketing service, offering digital marketing knowledge and resources to companies facing hiring challenges.
Background
With a shrinking working population and more varied attitudes to work, competition for talented people keeps intensifying. The information gap between candidates and companies has narrowed, and the era of companies simply broadcasting at candidates is ending. Hiring now needs a marketing perspective, using web advertising and social media so that strong candidates choose you.
This service offers recruitment branding with a marketing perspective to companies facing hiring challenges. It reaches not only those actively looking but those who are not yet, and supports building a hiring platform that lasts.
About the service
We analyse your hiring challenges and support your recruitment marketing. With a lasting hiring platform as the goal, we propose the methods that best fit your situation.
For example
Building a recruiting site with a marketing strategy behind it
Running job platforms using digital marketing
Proposing recruitment branding through the web and social media, and more
